Amy Solano

Amy Solano joined the Whitney Humanities Center (WHC) as program coordinator in August 2024, bringing over fifteen years of administrative expertise and a passion for event coordination. Leveraging her robust background in providing comprehensive administrative support to cross-functional teams, Amy excels at managing the complex logistics and day-to-day operations that ensure the success of WHC programs.  

She particularly enjoys coordinating all aspects of WHC events—from initial planning and organization to on-the-ground management and post-event evaluations—finding fulfillment in every stage of the event life cycle. Known for her exceptional project management skills and adaptability to changing priorities, Amy is dedicated to facilitating successful, well-organized programs while providing outstanding support to the WHC team and broader university community.
