Troubling Legacies: Anti-Judaism in Antiquity and its Aftermath, Panel 4

September 8, 2014

The theme of this year’s YPSA Annual Conference is “Troubling Legacies: Anti-Judaism in Antiquity and Its Aftermath.” Co-organized by Harold Attridge (Yale Divinity), Dale Martin (Religious Studies), and Hindy Najman (Religious Studies), the conference examines attitudes toward Jews in the ancient world and in the New Testament, as well as the repercussions of these ideas in nineteenth-century Biblical scholarship and in current theories of religion.
