Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we are not able to schedule live events at 53 Wall Street during these summer months and into the fall.
Classes and meetings will be restricted to no more than five people at a time, with proper social distancing. The building currently gets cleaned twice a day–a good cleaning in the morning and wipe down sometime in the afternoon. Phase 3 will be announced in a few weeks.
By the end of August, we plan to update this announcement with more precise instructions. We will also continue to post all online events associated with the Whitney. Please see our Twitter account, our Facebook account, and this website for Whitney news and information.
We look forward to our reunion in safer times!
With thanks and good wishes,
The staff of the Whitney Humanities Center
