Films at the Whitney is proud to present a new 4K restoration of Whit Stillman’s Metropolitan (1990), the classic comedy of manners about a group of “downwardly mobile,” “urban haute bourgeois” Manhattanites—and the unusual interloper to their group—one wintry, gala debutante season.
